Energy

Energy is the capacity or ability to do work or produce change. It exists in various forms, including kinetic (the energy of motion), potential (stored energy), thermal (heat energy), chemical (energy stored in chemical bonds), electrical (energy from the movement of electrons), and nuclear (energy released during nuclear reactions). Energy can be transformed from one form to another, but cannot be created or destroyed, a principle known as the conservation of energy. In physics, energy is measured in joules, and it is a fundamental concept in understanding the behavior of physical systems and the interactions between them. Energy plays a crucial role in all processes in nature, from the functioning of living organisms to the operation of machines and the dynamics of the universe.
